You can follow the steps as below to complete the burning.

Installation:
Double click the EXE file of ImgBurn


Click “Next” button to setup.


Remain it as default and Click “Next” button


Click “Browse” to change the Destination Folder and Click “Install”


Click “Finish” button.

CD Burning:
Run ImgBurn

Click the Folder Icon and Choose PCDiskTools.iso


Insert a CD-R and Click the button to start
